Retlif’s sense of corporate responsibility to the community permeates the organization from top to bottom in all our locations. We actively embrace giving back with focused a commitment to charitable giving driven by the collaboration of Retlif employees and management. We foster this commitment with paid time off so that our people can volunteer to help all people within their communities. While Retlif remains active throughout the year, the holiday season brings people together, and 2018 was no exception.
Employees at Retlif New York, Retlif New Hampshire, and Retlif Pennsylvania participated in a number of charitable efforts, continuing longstanding commitments to helping those in need within our communities.
Ronkonkoma, NY headquarters:
Retlif employees organized a very successful toy drive. All items collected were distributed to two organizations, St Joseph’s Parish Outreach (Ronkonkoma, NY) (www.outreach.stjoronk.org) and Refuge Apostolic Church of Christ (Freeport, NY) (www.refugefreeportny.org).
Both of these institutions provide a wide variety of outreach services to those in their respective congregations and communities.
Goffstown, NH:
Retlif New Hampshire has had a longstanding relationship with the Goffstown Network Food Pantry (www.goffstownnetwork.org). A 501c3 organization, the Goffstown Network’s mission is to address the hunger-related needs of people in the community. This past holiday season Retlif NH employees collected canned and packaged food as well as other goods for the Pantry.
Harleysville, PA:
Retlif employees participated in the Adopt-A-Family Program organized by The Open Link (www.theopenlink.org).The Open Link is a multi-service agency dedicated to addressing the nutritional, educational and social needs of people in the community. Retlif employees collected toys, clothes, gift cards and more to brighten the holiday for a local needy family.
