Bill Hayes Appointed Executive Vice President RETLIF Testing Laboratories is pleased to announce the promotion of William K. Hayes to Executive Vice President. Bill, who has been with RETLIF for over 20 years, had been the company's General Manager prior to his promotion. Commenting on the promotion, RETLIF's president, Walter Poggi stated, "Bill's new role will have him working even closer with me in many stategic areas and will allow him to focus on our continued expansion plans in terms of services and facilities.
Bill Hayes @ the 2003 Christmas party making the "acceptance speech" on his promotion... 25th Anniversary "Happenings" The RETLIF 25th Anniversary celebration continues with several events having taken place and more planned. This past December two events took place. The second in our series of appreciation luncheons was held. A "Vendor Appreciation" luncheon was hosted on December 16th in which nine selected long term RETLIF vendors vendors were honored for the long term relationship with the company. A certificate of appreciation and a 25th Anniversary Commemorative Train Set was presented to each of the vendors. Those honored were: Borsella and Company, HSBC Bank, Suffolk County National Bank, Radon Construction, The M Companies, The American Council of Independent Laboratories, Mantec, Progressive Marketing and Farley, Holohan, Glockner, and Toto LLP.
At our Annual Christmas Party, our founders, Walter and Marilyn unveiled an "employee recognition award". This award, which recognizes years of service to the company, will be prominently mounted at both of our laboratory facilities. Congratulations to William Hayes, Richard Reitz and Bob Warren all of who have over 20 years of service.
Employee Recognition Award RETLIF Goes To Mars It was with great pride that we at RETLIF received a congratulatory letter from one of our major customers, Sector Microwave Industries, for our efforts in the testing of several of Sector's products, which were on the Mars Exploration Rover, which successfully landed on Mars recently. Quoting from the Sector letter, their Vice President, Richard Kaminsky stated, "............and to say thank you for your continued support of our space programs here at SMI. Your company's services and professional expertise contribute significantly to the success of missions such as the Mars Exploration Rover". Congratulations to all of our RETLIF employees. |
