Retlif provides a wide range of in-lab and on-site EMC
testing services to the rail and transit industry. Our state-of-the-art
testing laboratory enables us to DEMONSTRATE compliance with the
latest AAR, AREMA, EU, MIL-STD, or
NYCTA test standards...and that applies to stand-alone products as well as full systems. While the bulk
of such requirements are based heavily on MIL-STD-461
(excepting EU standards), Retlif is fully equipped to address any
other national EMI test standard.
Retlif also provides many on-site, or on-the-property, test services.
These include:
- On-site EMI Site Surveys
- UMTA Full Vehicle Compliance Testing
- Final EMI Compatibility Testing
On-site testing is extremely helpful in defining “real world”
issues. On-site final EMC compatibility
testing is proving to be mandatory in defining wireless technology
vs. IT equipment compatibility issues.
