Retlif Testing Laboratories announced today that it has acquired Radiation Sciences Inc (RSI) of Harleysville, Pennsylvania. RSI was founded in 1978 and provides a full range of TEMPEST, military and commercial EMI/EMC testing and related engineering and consulting services.

"The acquistion of RSI's expert staff, instrumentation and 15,000 square foot testing facility greatly enhances our scope of services and depth of services," commented Retlif President Walter Poggi. "It enables Retlif to offer military and commercial, EMI/EMC, Lightning and Environmental Simulation solutions to clients throughout a much larger portion of the country."

"Though this acquisition by Retlif, RSI clients will benefit by greater access to additional testing and advanced engineering services," noted Daniel J. Signore, founder and President of RSI.
